So very happy with the quick response to my email , I only had a question about my order and he answer right away.
Also he had the product that I was looking for and it was the best price with no add cost , like it covered the tax,etc .
I have purchased from them at shows and now will also use the online store.

beautiful Fiskars pinking shears

I asked Hubby to get me a pair of pinking shears for my birthday and pointed him to Scissorman, and he bought me two pairs of Fiskars. They are just beautiful in the hand, lovely weight and spring loaded is so nice to use.

Dear Hubby didnt realise that I probably didnt need two pairs of pinking shears but it worked out perfectly, I gifted the 2nd pair to my dear sewing friend and she’s equally delighted with them.

Long term customer service

My wife and I have been buying products from Trevor for well over 25 years, and his business has never let us down. Everything from work and desk lamps to scissors, sewing accessories, etc. Excellent postage rates or postage free helps a lot. Have caught up with Trevor many times over the years at various craft and quilt shows. Always a pleasure to deal with. My most recent purchase was a Lumi desk lamp. Superb product that has transformed my workspace.

Great Products and Fantastic Customer Service

I had a #15 beading needle emergency and Scissorman was the only place I could find them in stock anywhere near me. I ordered four packets straight away, and a nifty needle threader. Unfortunately, there was only 2 packs of the #15 in stock, but Trev contacted me immediately, refunded the difference and sent me two extra packets of #13 needles by way of apology. I was blown away by the promptness and generosity (and those #13s have come in handy already). Can’t praise them highly enough and will definitely shop here again.

My parcel was delivered this afternoon (very promptly I must say!) and to my happy surprise you’d included a little something extra: a pair of lovely little scissors with beautifully machined blades which cut perfectly right to the end of the blade. My husband, as do I , thinks they are quite the thing.
